Ranchi, October 12, 2025 – A wave of enthusiasm swept through the youth of Jharkhand as the Nationalist Youth Congress (NCP Youth Wing) held its City Executive Committee Meeting in Ranchi under the leadership of National President Mr. Dheeraj Sharma. The meeting focused on expanding the organization and addressed key issues including youth empowerment, education, skill development, and employment policies.
While addressing the gathering, Mr. Sharma stated, “The youth of Jharkhand are our future. Our organization will not only connect them with nationalist ideology but will also empower them through education and skill development. This membership drive will bring every youth into the mainstream of nation-building.” His impactful remarks ignited passion and motivation among the young cadres present.
A major decision was taken to launch a state-wide membership campaign, aiming to reach every college, locality, and village in Jharkhand. The goal is to strengthen the voice of youth and increase the grassroots presence of the organization. Mr. Sharma further stated, “Our target is to unite thousands of youth for the Jharkhand State Convention in February 2026, where we will formulate concrete policies for the state’s progress. Empowering youth to tackle unemployment and educational challenges remains our top priority.”
Dr. Vimal Sharma, National General Secretary and Jharkhand in-charge, remarked, “This meeting marks a new chapter for the Nationalist Youth Congress in Jharkhand. Through the membership drive, we will not only strengthen the organization but also provide youth with opportunities in employment and skill development.” He emphasized that under the leadership of Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Ajit Dada Pawar, the party is committed to taking nationalist ideology to the grassroots level.
Dr. Sharma also highlighted the upcoming selection of 12 district presidents, which will be formally announced soon. These appointments are expected to strengthen the organizational structure and increase local engagement across districts.
The meeting concluded with the announcement that the Jharkhand State Convention will be held in Ranchi in February 2026, envisioned as a historic platform for youth participation. Dr. Sharma noted that the convention will focus on education, employment, and cultural awareness, calling it a “milestone in the state’s development.”
Inspired by the leadership of Deputy CM Ajit Dada Pawar, the Nationalist Youth Congress is actively working to connect Jharkhand’s youth with nationalist values. Present at the meeting were National Legal Cell General Secretary Advocate Anil Verma, Arjun Karmakar, and many other young office-bearers, all of whom pledged collective efforts toward achieving the organization’s goals.
This meeting not only marked a significant step toward expanding the organization, but also signaled a new beginning for youth empowerment in Jharkhand. Under the leadership of Dheeraj Sharma and Dr. Vimal Sharma, the Nationalist Youth Congress is committed to taking the youth movement in the state to new heights.
