Jamshedpur: The new Santragachi-Khatipura Express was launched on Monday to strengthen rail connectivity between Jharkhand and Rajasthan. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw flagged off the train virtually, with the launch programme also linked to Tatanagar railway station. Jamshedpur: Tata Steel has intensified its dengue prevention drive in Jamshedpur, with 4,89,601 homes surveyed so far this season to identify and eliminate mosquito breeding sites. The campaign, conducted through Tata Steel UISL, focuses on surveillance, preventive action and public awareness to protect community health. The company said regular monitoring and public participation have helped keep the dengue situation largely under control. Jamshedpur: A mobile shop owner in the Mango police station area of Jamshedpur has alleged that six to seven masked men entered his shop, assaulted him and stole around Rs 60,000 after a dispute over a mobile phone EMI payment on Monday morning. Balochistan: Balochistan attacks targeting military convoys were reported in three separate incidents on Tuesday and Wednesday in Pakistan’s Balochistan province.
