In response to a post made by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on X, the Prime Minister said, “Union Finance Minister Smt. @nsitharaman highlights Meghalaya’s remarkable transformation driven by tourism, youth empowerment, women-led SHGs, initiatives like the PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana, the Vibrant Village Programme and more. The PM Surya Grah free electricity scheme has benefited many families by promoting renewable energy.
